ABOUT THE SERVICE
What is included
We check CPU, motherboard, memory, storage, power supply and case compatibility. Upgrades include assessing existing parts and cooling limits. Purchasing and supplier warranties are agreed separately.
Basic assembly covers fitting compatible components and a boot test. BIOS/UEFI configuration, OS and driver installation, temperature checks and stability testing under load are agreed as separate tasks before work starts. Licences, file transfer, delivery and non-standard work are itemised separately.

Visit charges
- Bishkek: a separate 500 KGS call-out fee applies regardless of the labour cost. Total: call-out fee + work carried out + agreed materials.
- Diagnosis without repair: 700 KGS for diagnosis + 500 KGS call-out fee = 1,200 KGS for a daytime visit in Bishkek. When we carry out work, diagnosis is not charged separately; the call-out fee still applies.
- Surrounding area: a surcharge from 500 KGS applies on top of the base call-out fee. We confirm the amount for your address before the visit.
- Night visits, 22:00–08:00: a surcharge of 1,000 KGS applies on top of the base call-out fee, including diagnosis-only visits. Night and out-of-town surcharges apply together.
- We take calls and requests around the clock. Visit times are confirmed individually. We agree on the total before work starts and carry out extra work only with your approval.
Diagnosis is not charged separately when we carry out work. If the same fault returns because of our work, the warranty covers fixing it and a visit to the original address at an agreed time, free of charge.

Can you use my components?
Yes. We first check compatibility and condition. The assembly warranty is separate from the warranties on individual parts.
Can you guarantee a particular FPS?
Expected performance is discussed for a specific game, resolution and settings. Actual results are tested on the agreed configuration.
