ABOUT THE SERVICE
What is included
One PC may need a simple external-drive copy; an office may need a NAS, independent copies and job monitoring. We consider volume, access, encryption, retention and restoration after deletion or failure.
RAID and synchronisation do not replace backups. After setup we restore an agreed test file and record copy locations and monitoring responsibilities. Hardware, cloud subscriptions and recurring monitoring are agreed separately.
Standard file transfer or copying up to 100 GB starts at 500 KGS for PCs, Macs and healthy drives. This is one task and is not charged again under another name. Applications and system settings are excluded; Windows cloning and data recovery are separate services.

Visit charges
- Bishkek: a separate 500 KGS call-out fee applies regardless of the labour cost. Total: call-out fee + work carried out + agreed materials.
- Diagnosis without repair: 700 KGS for diagnosis + 500 KGS call-out fee = 1,200 KGS for a daytime visit in Bishkek. When we carry out work, diagnosis is not charged separately; the call-out fee still applies.
- Surrounding area: a surcharge from 500 KGS applies on top of the base call-out fee. We confirm the amount for your address before the visit.
- Night visits, 22:00–08:00: a surcharge of 1,000 KGS applies on top of the base call-out fee, including diagnosis-only visits. Night and out-of-town surcharges apply together.
- We take calls and requests around the clock. Visit times are confirmed individually. We agree on the total before work starts and carry out extra work only with your approval.
Diagnosis is not charged separately when we carry out work. If the same fault returns because of our work, the warranty covers fixing it and a visit to the original address at an agreed time, free of charge.

Service questions
Does a single computer need a NAS?
Not always. An independent copy on an external drive may be enough for a single computer. We recommend a setup based on your data and risks.
Can setup be remote?
Some tasks can. A basic backup of one folder to an already connected drive is available through remote support from 800 KGS; NAS setup and more complex backup plans are quoted separately.
