This is an estimate, not a booking. Parts, licences, additional materials and extra work are agreed separately. For visits outside Bishkek, the calculator uses the minimum surcharge; we confirm the exact amount for your address.
The calculator adds the call-out fee and surcharges once per address. If you need several tasks, we agree on a combined quote separately.

Warranty and documents
We are registered as an individual entrepreneur (sole trader) and work with private customers and organisations. Each order is documented, with the scope, price and terms agreed before work starts.
Scope and termsVisits and diagnosis
- Bishkek: a separate 500 KGS call-out fee applies regardless of the labour cost. Total: call-out fee + work carried out + agreed materials.
- Diagnosis without repair: 700 KGS for diagnosis + 500 KGS call-out fee = 1,200 KGS for a daytime visit in Bishkek. When we carry out work, diagnosis is not charged separately; the call-out fee still applies.
- Surrounding area: a surcharge from 500 KGS applies on top of the base call-out fee. We confirm the amount for your address before the visit.
- Night visits, 22:00–08:00: a surcharge of 1,000 KGS applies on top of the base call-out fee, including diagnosis-only visits. Night and out-of-town surcharges apply together.
- We take calls and requests around the clock. Visit times are confirmed individually. We agree on the total before work starts and carry out extra work only with your approval.
Warranty on our work
30 daysSoftware and Windows installation, and network and peripheral setup.
90 daysHardware repairs, component replacement and cooling-system servicing.
Full warranty terms
If the same fault returns because of our work, we’ll fix it and make a warranty visit to the original address at an agreed time, free of charge. The warranty covers the work performed; unrelated new faults, damage and later changes are assessed separately.
The work performed, date and warranty period are recorded in the order confirmation. Warranty terms for parts are agreed before purchase, taking the supplier’s warranty into account. Whether a repair can be done on site depends on the model and symptoms; soldering or workshop-based work is discussed separately in advance.
